Timber pests inspections

Why are timber pest inspection important

What we know is that 1 in 5 Australian homes are attacked by termites each year, you may have been in your house now for 12 month with no signs of termite activity and you may think all is fine as you have a termite system in place. The fact is termites are sneaky and could find their way in to your home still regardless of having a termite barrier system in place. These breaches are possible through garden beds, decking installed after the termite barrier system was installed, or even timber stacked up against the house, these are just a few methods how termites can breach a termite barrier system.

The Australian Standard recommends at least an annual inspection of the property, We perform a thorough inspection of your property inside & outside for any evidence of termite activity. However, more frequent inspections are strongly recommended in high termite areas. After the inspection we provide a full written report detailing the results of the inspection with any recommendation required.
