Xtermite provides termite inspections, treatments, and other pest control services in accordance with Australian Standards and the relevant laws of Victoria.

We reserve the right to refuse service, discontinue any aspect of our service offering, or update our pricing or policies without notice.

• All service bookings are subject to availability.
   
• You may cancel or reschedule a service by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
   
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
   
• We reserve the right to cancel appointments in the case of adverse weather, access limitations, or safety concerns.
   

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• We accept payments via EFT, credit card, or other methods listed on our website or invoice.
   
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Victorian law.
   

• Any service warranties will be specified in writing at the time of service.
   
• Warranty terms may vary depending on the type of treatment and environmental factors.
   
• We do not guarantee pest elimination in circumstances where:
   
  • There is reinfestation from neighbouring properties,
     
  • Access is denied to key areas during treatment, or
     
  • The client fails to follow treatment recommendations or property maintenance.
     

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xtermite disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its functionality, or attempt unauthorised access.

All content on the website, including images, text, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Xtermite or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property law.

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
